Understanding My Conflict Style
The purpose of this workshop is to orient you to the different conflict modes, and to help you identify your conflict style. You will also learn how to utilize the mode that is most appropriate for conflict situations you encounter. Using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, you will acquire skills to increase effectiveness and strengthen relationships. Register here.
