LMU Dining Services had a busy summer revamping menu and dining selections across campus. The new academic year will bring new food selections, renovated dining areas, and service additions and closures. For the most comprehensive and updated resources related to campus dining, please visit the LMU Dining Services website.
Introducing the fresh fall lineup, effective Aug. 28:
The Lair Marketplace – “Simply”
Malone Student Center
This new station serves meals crafted to be allergen friendly. Entrees will be free of peanuts, tree nuts, soy, shellfish, eggs, milk, gluten, and wheat. Equipped with new equipment dedicated solely to this station, the LMU Dining staff has also undergone training in cross-contamination prevention to ensure a worry-free dining experience for all with special dietary needs or preferences.
Additional updates at the Lair:
- Natural – Introducing acai bowls and savory toasts to the menu along with fresh smoothies, juices, and yogurt bowls.
- Hearth – Cauliflower crust and new vegan alternatives have been added to the menu.
Faculty and Staff Dining at the Crimson Lion
University Hall 1767 – just west of the Parking Office
Dining Services will resume hosting its faculty and staff dining program on Tuesdays beginning Sept. 5. This is an opportunity to mix and mingle with your colleagues in a communal-style setting. For updated menu schedules, please visit the faculty staff dining webpage.
The Crimson Lion will be open for lunch weekdays with menu items also available on GrubHub for pickup.
Starbucks
William H. Hannon Library
Starbucks underwent a makeover this summer to enhance the customer experience, complete with faster ovens, nitro taps, and more. As part of this refresh, LMU’s Starbucks will now accept orders and payments from the Starbucks app.

Roski Dining
University Hall
Roski Dining Hall is closing due to persistently low patronage and major resource requirements. This far corner of University Hall will close its doors and serve as the new home of the campus’ catering operation while Dining Services explores and evaluates new right-sized opportunities for the space. The dining room will be available for event bookings via Conference and Event Services. Be on the lookout for the friendly and familiar faces of Roski in other parts of campus this fall.
