A proactive working group, comprised of representatives from the Office of Student Conduct & Community Responsibility, the dean of students, Human Resources, and LMU’s general counsel, has already begun discussions about policy changes that will reflect compliance with the new federal regulations and California law. The group will work to ensure the new policy changes align with Loyola Marymount University’s mission. The group will also consult with various community stakeholders to receive feedback during the summer.
More information will be forthcoming in late summer/early fall. Questions can be directed to Sara Trivedi, Title IX Coordinator, at Sara.Trivedi@lmu.edu.
