The LMU men’s basketball team will play their Dec. 19, 2019, game against Portland State at USC’s Galen Center. The move follows Loyola Marymount University’s announcement that the sixth Democratic National Committee presidential debate will be held in Gersten Pavilion on that date. The LMU Athletic Department has come to an agreement with USC to host the game.
The Lions will play host to the Vikings at 7 p.m. Season tickets will be honored, with the remaining seats general admission for $5 each. Students, faculty and staff with a valid OneCard will be admitted with no charge. Those with a OneCard should go to the Galen Center ticket office to scan in and receive their free ticket.
USC’s parking lots will be available for use for $25 per car. Other transportation options include the Metro Expo Line to the Jefferson/USC Station.
The venue will open 60 minutes before tipoff. Concessions inside Galen Center will be open throughout the game.
Tickets will be available beginning Friday at 10 a.m. from USC’s website (this link will not be live until tickets are on sale). More information about the game will be shared as it becomes available.
