All of the facts that lead into the charge aren’t presented there, only the essential facts needed to let the defendant know what he has been charged with, and the basis for making a defense,” LMU Loyola Law School Professor Justin Levitt said. “I think the case will develop in the months to come, and you can expect far more to come out at trial, should we get there, than what’s been released in today’s papers.”
