Justin Levitt, professor at LMU Loyola Law School, commented on the Virginia Supreme Court hearings over a measure approved last week to redraw House maps. With oral arguments taking place today, Levitt said courts are usually reluctant to reverse decisions that voters have solidified. “It’s a really bad idea to put the football down and then yank the football away. This is not a Charlie Brown comic,” said Levitt.
