Justin Levitt, professor at LMU Loyola Law School, commented on how 2030 population projections can’t necessarily predict the politics of the future. Levitt said, “things are sufficiently politically fluid for partisans right now that I sure wouldn’t want to be making any bets as to which states are going to be red states and which states are going to be blue states six years [from now].”
