The publication featured LMU’s recent “Form on the State of Youth Mental Health,” which convened educational leaders and stakeholders invested in today’s youth. Estela Zarate, dean of LMU School of Education, said, “We’re seeing that our youth are particularly sensitive to and affected by world events: climate crisis, the fires, immigration raids. It all has had a cumulative effect on our schools, and our youth in particular.”
