Tess Feldman, supervising attorney at LMU Loyola Law School’s Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic, commented on delays in permit renewal for DACA recipients. “We’ve never seen delays like this before. Many of our clients who filed in the spring are still awaiting adjudication of their applications. They filed on time. They paid the fees.”
