Justin Levitt, professor at LMU Loyola Law School, commented on the Trump administration’s claim that it had discovered 250,000 non-citizen voter rolls in four states. On whether the administration could use that figure to seize ballots, Levitt said, “that doesn’t mean action is going to happen,” noting that other steps would have to occur prior.
