Vanessa Diaz, associate professor of Chicana/o and Latina/o studies at LMU and co-author of “P FKN R: How Bad Bunny Became the Global Voice of Puerto Rican Resistance,” was featured on NBC-4, FOX-11, and ABC-7 about the Puerto Rican artist’s global influence, historic Grammy win, and upcoming Super Bowl Halftime Show performance. “Many many many fans of his do not speak Spanish, and that is because music moves people regardless of how much you understand the lyrics,” said Diaz.
