LMU School of Film and Television made the magazine’s latest list of the top 30 film schools in the United States and Canada. LMU SFTV “wants students to have a truly immersive education: It has established a dedicated SFTV residence floor where 50 incoming first-year students connect over their shared interest in film, TV and media. The faculty includes Emmy and Golden Globe-winning producer and former President of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Janet Yang, who is also a founder of the Creators Coalition on A.I,” the publication notes. MovieMaker also spotlighted a list of recent industry guest speakers, the school’s investment in new equipment, and a multi-phase renovation to the Mayer Theater.
