Laurie Levenson, professor at LMU Loyola Law School, commented on the Palisades fire arson case that First Assistant U.S. Attorney, Bill Essayli, intends to retry. “Every aspect of this has to be closely examined, and done so from a position, frankly, of humility, realizing that it’s not a slam dunk.”
