Despite the mounting public pressure, Loyola Law School professor Laurie Levenson said it was unlikely that the state Attorney General’s office, which prosecuted Garcia, would seek additional charges against him. That could change if more alleged victims continue to come forward and fight for their voices to be heard, she said.
