Jessica Levinson, LMU Loyola Law School professor, provided her legal perspective on the James Comey Case and President Trump’s approval for releasing the Epstein files. “The political pressure became potentially untenable. The calculus was that it is better to be in favor of transparency,” Levinson said of the Republican senators’ support to release the files.
