Joseph Trigilio, associate clinical professor at LMU Loyola Law School and executive director of Loyola Project for the Innocent, commented on the legal process to make a case against law enforcement officers who engaged in biased conduct. For justice to be served, Trigilio said, “A fact finder should look at [information affecting an officer’s credibility] and consider it. A jury should hear all of that and ask that question.”
