Laurie Levenson, professor at LMU Loyola Law School and founding director of the Loyola Project for the Innocent, shared her legal perspective on the Trump Administration’s announcement of adding new methods to execute the federal death penalty. “It’s not going to be so easy. There will be court challenges, because there are big questions about whether all these methods satisfy the Eighth Amendment,” said Levenson.
