“That’s remarkable. He’s really going to test how much political pressure can force somebody out,” LMU Loyola Law School Professor Jessica Levinson told Spectrum News 1. “Because we know that there’s no mechanism for the City Council to force him out unless he faces criminal charges, which I don’t think that he will, unless he faces a recall, which he might, but that’s a long time from now.”
