Jessica Levinson, professor at LMU Loyola Law School, discussed a U.S. district judge’s ruling barring the Trump administration from withholding UC research funding. Levinson called it “a really big ruling, not just for the UC system, but also for other colleges and universities that might have been in some stage of settlement talks.” She also offered legal perspective on the James Comey case.
