Michael Matsuda, executive-in-residence at LMU School of Education, co-authored an article about student-focused innovations in the Anaheim Union High School District – for which he formerly served as superintendent. Under his leadership, the district focused on deeper, purposeful learning structured around the 5 Cs: communication, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and compassion.
