Simona Grossi, professor at LMU Loyola Law School, who filed an amicus brief supporting Anthropic in Anthropic PBC vs. U.S. Department of War, told FedScoop that it is difficult to discern the Trump administration’s stance on Anthropic. “The market is not receiving clear messages and that translates into a burden for the company—others might not feel comfortable doing business with Anthropic for fear of becoming the administration’s next target.”
