Victoria Graf, vice chair of the California Advisory Commission on Special Education (ACSE) and director of the Special Education Program at LMU, praised Saran Tugsjargal and Rachael Ding, student commissioners on the ACSE, for their advocacy on behalf of peers with disabilities and shaping broader policy on the matter in California. “Both of them are incredibly knowledgeable, bright independent thinkers and in some ways put us to shame,” Graf said.
