Justin Levitt, professor at LMU Loyola Law School, commented on President Trump’s executive order calling for USPS to work with the federal government to enforce mail-in ballot eligibility, the first phase to begin at the end of this month. “If the Postal Service is correctly an apolitical body, it doesn’t need to pick a fight, it doesn’t need to start a fight — it can just not do it,” said Levitt.
