Laurie Levenson, LMU Loyola Law School professor, commented on the initiative implemented by U.S. Attorney for Wyoming Darin Smith to more rigorously prosecute those who use marijuana on federal land. “It gives a lot of discretion back to the federal law enforcement and rangers to decide if they want to bring charges,” Levenson said.
