Every student’s, staff, and faculty member’s voice within the LMU community matters.
The “Your Campus. Your Voice.” campus climate survey is now open and this your opportunity to be heard and make lasting changes. The survey will be anonymous and remain open through Monday, March 31.
All LMU campus communities should be welcoming, open, and equitable for all students, staff, and faculty, based on mutual respect, meaningful dialogue, and a commitment to the dignity of all persons — this is essential to our Jesuit and Marymount mission of educating the whole person and promoting justice.

Tell us about your experience at LMU
To encourage maximum participation within the LMU community, participants who complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for exciting prizes. These prizes include a Nintendo Switch for one lucky student, five $200 gift cards, and other prizes. The drawing will be held shortly after the survey concludes, and winners will be notified via email.
For staff and faculty: If you prefer, you can opt out of the prize entry and instead have the Campus Climate team make a $1 per entry donation to one of the following campus programs: the LMU Food Pantry, the LMU Be a Lion Fund, or one of the LMU LLS Clinics.
What to Know About the Survey
To ensure transparency and objectivity, LMU has partnered with Rankin Climate, an external organization that has conducted over 250 campus climate assessments in more than 20 years, to develop a survey tailored to our unique community.
What Happens After the Survey
Rankin Climate will analyze the responses and provide LMU with a report of their findings. The university expects to receive their findings in fall 2025 and will publish the data dashboards. We will utilize the survey findings to engage the campus community in a series of action-planning meetings and retreats aimed at implementing changes and improvements based on the results.
The survey results will highlight our strengths, allow us to further enhance programs and policies that meet our community’s needs, as well as identify opportunities for growth.
Everyone within the community is encouraged to share their experience by taking the climate survey as it helps the university improve the working and learning environment at LMU.
