
The awards and accolades keep coming for Hayley Foster’s (Animation – B.A. ’13) Yamashita and Brendan Calder’s (Production – B.A. ’14) Learning To Float with the recent announcement of both their films being finalists at the 2014 BAFTA LA Student Film Awards. The winners will be announced at the Los Angeles Film School in Hollywood on June 19th.
According to BAFTA LA’s website, this year marks the first time some of the best film schools outside of Southern California were invited to participate. Entries included applicants from Stanford, Colorado Film School, the University of Texas at Austin, Vancouver Film School and 35 other reputable film schools across the western United States.
