Engineering seniors from all disciplines presented their capstone projects to industry representatives and the Loyola Marymount University community at the Engineering Capstone Design Showcase held on Friday, April 29. These group projects ranged from developing a deployable reusable energy unit for the Mars rover; to developing a high powered, reusable rocket; to designing assistive devices for special needs children. Seniors channeled the lessons they learned over the course of their four years into the projects they developed from concept through to manufacturing.
