During the summer of 2020, SFTV’s screenwriting faculty hosted a series of ”Meet Your Professor” Zoom workshops on writing for film and TV, with topics spanning the gamut from crafting horror stories to understanding the role of a television showrunner. Each hour-long Zoom session is now available in Hannon Library’s Kaltura Collection.
The workshops attracted up to 100 attendees each week. ”It was a fun and easy way to keep our students engaged in learning, and some of our alumni showed up as well,” says Patricia Meyer, Clinical Assistant Professor and Graduate Director of Screenwriting.
