As 2020 comes to a close, construction crews on LMU’s Westchester campus continue to work on the Howard B. Fitzpatrick Pavilion, making it ready for its opening in fall 2021. Designed by world-renowned architecture firm SOM, the Pavilion will add 24,000 square feet to SFTV’s already industry-leading facilities.
The new spaces include flexible classrooms, labs, 4k projection theater, and more. A new Student Success Center will serve some 700 students annually with academic advisement, mentorship opportunities, career development, creative support services, and special programs. The Pavilion will revitalize SFTV’s campus experience and offer students new ways to create and collaborate across multiple disciplines.
