
Four women who have achieved success as leaders in business, law and the nonprofit sector will share their stories and offer career insights on Friday, April 5, 2019, at Loyola Marymount University.
“Women in Leadership” features a panel discussion with Victoria Jackson, a National Women’s Hall of Fame inductee and co-founder of the Guthy-Jackson Charitable Foundation, which supports research into treatment and cures for Neuromyelitis optica; Michele Trogni, a financial technology entrepreneur and a supervisory board member of Deutsche Bank; Laura Wasser, a family law attorney with the Los Angeles firm Wasser, Cooperman & Mandles, P.C., and a Loyola Law School alumna; and Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, co-founder of nail polish manufacturer OPI Products Inc.
The event is co-hosted by Dean Dayle M. Smith of the LMU College of Business Administration, Dean Robbin D. Crabtree of the LMU Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts, and the National Women’s Hall of Fame, the country’s oldest membership organization dedicated to honoring and celebrating the achievements of distinguished American women.
The evening features a reception from 4 to 5 p.m.; panel discussion from 5 to 6:30 p.m., and networking from 6:30 to 7 p.m. The event is open to the community. Tickets can be purchased here.
