This year is unlike any other at LMU, where classes for the fall semester are predominantly, and for most students, exclusively, held online due to state and county COVID-19 safety protocols.
Not only have classes moved online, but so have co-curricular activities, available through a virtual platform that helps students engage in meaningful ways while living and learning off LMU’s bluff-top campus in Westchester.
The university spent months planning for various fall learning scenarios, and has invested in new technologies to deliver a strong virtual learning experience. It emphasizes connection and presence, with small classes led by innovative faculty members, ensuring that the university’s core values translate in the virtual space.
