Alumni from the LMU/TFA Los Angeles Partnership and SOE doctoral program contributed to the Fall 2015 issue of the Journal of Catholic Education, which is housed in the LMU Center for Catholic Education. Articles featured in this issue take an in-depth look at historical events, documents and policy initiatives that have lasting impacts on the everyday operation of Catholic elementary and secondary schools, colleges, and universities. Additional articles in the issue examine curricular approaches used in elementary, high school, and college classrooms. This is the fifth issue published by Loyola Marymount University, which became the journal’s host in 2013. LMU faculty members Mary K. McCullough and Karie Huchting, along with Boston College faculty member Martin Scanlan, edit the journal.
Contributions by Ursula Aldana, LMU/TFA Los Angeles Partnership alumna, and Brandi Lucas, SOE doctoral program alumna, are listed below. To read the full issue, click here.
