Dear SOE Community,
I am pleased to announce that the Loyola Marymount University School of Education received full accreditation by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC)!
The CTC Committee on Accreditation issued the LMU School of Education a seven-year accreditation across all eleven of our credential programs, which builds on our previous CTC accreditation. Receiving this re-accreditation affirms our commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement to ensure our candidates are receiving rigorous and quality programs designed to make an impact in the field of education.
I would like to acknowledge all of the hard work, collaboration and participation from our faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community partners throughout this academic year and the accreditation process. All of your contributions are deeply appreciated, and each of you plays an important role in our continued success.
We look forward to continuing to provide our students with the best education as they lead and serve in schools and communities in Los Angeles, across California, and beyond.
