The acclaimed series “The Hollywood Masters,” returns to Netflix, the world’s leading internet entertainment service, for a second season on March 15th. The engaging, retrospective interview series, shot and produced on the campus of Loyola Marymount University, welcomes some of the world’s most accomplished actors, directors, writers and producers to sit down in an informal setting to have dynamic, thought-provoking conversations about their craft in front of an audience of students from the School of Film and Television.
Like a film school in shorthand, leaders and trailblazers in the industry share their experiences, successes and challenges as they navigated their career.
The series, hosted by Emmy Award-winning journalist and executive features editor of The Hollywood Reporter Stephen Galloway, is filmed by a crew composed largely of LMU students and alumni. The agreement to distribute the show on Netflix, through a deal with the show’s producer, Loyola Marymount University School of Film and Television, includes the release of a third season later this year.
Building on the first season, currently available on Netflix, the second season offers 13 episodes which include the following celebrated Oscar, Emmy and other award-winning creators:
