The Film Independent Forum is an information packed three-day event (October 25-27, 2013) geared toward independent filmmakers, content creators and industry insiders. The weekend kicks off with a screening of the Dallas Buyers Club followed by a Q&A with the film’s producers and a reception where you can mingle with your future collaborators. The rest of the weekend is filled with panel discussions, unique networking opportunities, as well as keynote speeches from Ted Sarandos, Chief Content Officer, Netflix, and Ava DuVernay, writer/director, Middle of Nowhere, Venus VS.
