
- Marina Mattson (’14) completed her studies in human nutrition at Columbia University and has become a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN). She recently launched an organic cashew butter company called Ono Butter, now for sale online and at the La Jolla Farmer’s Market.
- Rakiyah Johnson (‘16) graduated from Emory University with her Masters in Public Health in May 2018.
- Marina Marmolejo (’17) and Makda Medhanie (’17) recently presented a poster at the 2018 American Public Health Association Conference.
- Heather Lowell (’17), will be attending Duke University’s Physician Assistant Program to work on her Masters degree in Health Science.
- Allison Leggett (’17) started medical School at the Charles R. Drew/UCLA Medical Education Program.
- Amal Shehadeh (’17) has begun work on her Masters degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion at Simmons University in Boston.
- Ariana Sotoodeh (’18) will begin studies at the University of Charleston’s Physician Assistant Program in Charleston, WV in January.
- Teddy Tran (’18) will begin work on his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Azusa Pacific in January.
