Matthew Ferrell (Film Production – ‘97) is the Senior Supervising Producer at Extra, which just won the 2014 Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Entertainment News Program. Ferrell shares the honor with the entire staff at Extra, an entertainment news program covering events and celebrities hosted by Mario Lopez and Maria Menounos.
According to the official press release, on June 23rd The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) announced the winners of the 41st Annual Daytime Emmy® Awards in a sold-out gala for over 1,000 attendees at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.
