At SFTV we believe the best way to honor the invaluable contribution of restoration work is through the exhibition and viewing of great films. Each year, the Cineteca di Bologna, one of Europe’s most renowned archives for film restoration and preservation, and SFTV present Il Cinema Ritrovato on Tour, a mini-film festival that offers our students and community the chance to see lovingly restored works on the big screen.
This year, the free festival features a selection of classic and renowned films from many acclaimed filmmakers, including Jane Campion, Djibril Diop Mambéty, Sergio Leone, Louis Malle, Agnès Varda, and more. Check out the full program below!
