Loyola Marymount University’s 16th annual Teaching with Technology symposium, themed “Innovating for Impact,” showcases faculty innovations in technology-enhanced teaching and learning this half-day event hosted by the Center of Faculty Development and Information Technology Services, will take place on Wednesday, March 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at University Hall 1000, Ahmanson Auditorium.

Welcome and Keynote at 9 a.m. – Center for Faculty Development and Information Technology Services open the event, followed by Dr. Anna Farzindar’s keynote on “Shaping the Future Responsibly Through Ethical Innovation,” with a Q&A.

Panel Discussion at 9:40 a.m. – Faculty members share innovative approaches to fighting misinformation, artificial intelligence in modern languages, and business ethics. Panelists: Tim Williamson, Kelly Watson, Veronica Torres McLane, and Andrea Schlaerth. Moderator: Jordan Freitas
