Workday Assistant Launches Nov. 5
Additionally, Nov. 5 will see the release of Workday Assistant, the platform’s new automated support tool. Similar to the search field but structured like a chatbot, users are able to type the task or report they’re looking for into the Workday Assistant, for faster search results and increased efficiency. Workday Assistant can be accessed by clicking on the “chat bubble” icon located on both the top right and bottom right of the main Workday dashboard.
As always, Lions looking for individual Workday support can also submit a help ticket at lmu.edu/workdaysupport.
