Now when you log into Workday you’ll notice that Inbox is now called My Tasks. More important than the name change, you’ll find helpful new ways to manage the items in your queue.
- Filters are now easier to see and apply, to find an item. You can also create custom filters to help sort your tasks. If you’ve already been using inbox filters, your existing filters will still be there.
- You can now “search” tasks, to immediately find the item you’re looking for. You can even search your task archive – this helps you check on the status of an item you have already approved. You can even save your searches for items you frequently look up.
- Delegations are now easier to see and manage, if you need to set up someone else to approve things on your behalf.
