Beginning June 9, 2025, LMU Campus Business Operations (CBO) will conduct an equipment inventory audit of all Sparkletts Primo water and coffee machines throughout the Westchester campus. The audit is intended to get an accurate count of current systems in use, to better manage support and resources in the future. CBO expects to complete the audit by Friday, June 20, 2025.
A representative from the CBO office will accompany a consultant around campus to document equipment locations and ensure billing is connected to the corresponding department administrator managing the account charges.
CBO asks for your cooperation in providing access to pantries and other common areas where equipment may be installed. CBO will make every attempt to contact department administrators in advance, to coordinate around event schedules and other conflicts wherever possible.
