Hey Lions!
Charlie and I couldn’t be more excited to welcome our fellow new and returning students back to the bluff. As rising seniors, it’s difficult for this moment to not feel bittersweet with this being the final time that we will get to experience the beginning of a fall semester as undergraduates – a testament to the wonderful experiences we’ve been able to have at Loyola Marymount University thus far.
Whether your LMU journey is just beginning, or coming to a close like ours, we encourage all students to take the time to appreciate this moment and the joys and challenges it presents. Find gratitude for your peers, staff, and faculty. Celebrate your triumphs and grow from your failures. Forgive yourself for your shortcomings and challenge yourself to be better.
As we look forward to the beginning of this academic year, we can’t wait to return to campus to see what these next two semesters have in store. Please always feel free to visit us and the rest of the ASLMU team in the Student Leadership and Development office of the Malone Student Center, follow or message us on Instagram @myaslmu, or make an appointment to meet with us through the calendar links to our website.
We look forward to supporting you throughout your journey on the bluff. Welcome to the pride – Go Lions!
