To accommodate requests for extensions and conflicting deadlines, Human Resources is extending the performance review deadline from July 31 to Aug. 9.
Note that this will be the only extension; it is crucial for HR to adhere to this deadline to align performance with the staff portion of the Compensation Initiative. The entire performance review process must be completed so that leadership can review the overall performance ratings and managers’ feedback to make AMI recommendations.
