LMU STRATEGIC PLANNING | The Planning Advisory Council approved implementation plans for each of the five spotlight initiatives at its Dec. 10, 2021 meeting. The spotlight implementation plans consist of metrics by which to evaluate our progress toward the plan’s goals, including 3-5 key performance indicators (KPIs) for each spotlight initiative. They also include more detailed action plans which elaborate the broader action steps proposed in the original strategic plan. The implementation plans were approved by the Planning Advisory Council after being revised based on input from subcommittees of the Council itself in addition to the President’s Cabinet, Deans Council, Faculty Senate, Staff Senate, ASLMU and GSLMU leadership, and a variety of other faculty and staff groups and individuals. These plans are intended to be dynamic and will continue to be updated and revised as the university makes progress in achieving the strategic plan’s goals.
