In the coming days, faculty and staff will receive an email inviting their participation in a perceptions survey about LMU. LMU Marketing, Communications, and External Relations is leading the market research project in partnership with SimpsonScarborough, a premier marketing agency for higher education.
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. Participants are eligible to win a $500 Amazon Gift Card. We encourage all faculty and staff to participate.
A similar survey in 2017 – the largest in LMU’s history – informed the creation of LMU’s brand platform and positioning statement, Creating the World We Want to Live In. The multi-year brand development initiative seeks to elevate LMU’s academic reputation and visibility through careful, evidence-based branding strategy.
Our new research findings will inform planning as LMU prepares to launch a bold and far-reaching brand campaign. The campaign will rally our internal community, influence our academic rankings, inspire alumni engagement and giving, and help us recruit and retain the students, faculty and staff who enliven our mission. In an increasingly competitive market for enrollment, philanthropy, and employment, it has never been more important to showcase LMU’s world-changing impact with confidence and creativity.
