LMU Facilities Management will complete a roofing renovation on Seaver Hall this summer, with work expected to run May 13 – June 28, 2024.
In order to complete the project, all abandoned exhaust equipment must be removed from the roof of the building. Only the third floor of Seaver Hall will be affected; there will be no impact to the first or second floor, or the Auditorium. Work hours will run 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday – Saturday.
