Facilities Management is installing a protective tarp over the LMU bluff letters on the north side of the Westchester campus due to hillside erosion caused by recent downpours and unprecedented rainfall. The letters have already sustained damage, so the university is taking responsive steps to mitigate further damage . The university anticipates removing the tarp after the rain season and prior to commencement.
