LMU Campus Business Operations is moving to a new campus credential system that will bring changes to the CBO OneCard office, including updated card designs that better align with LMU visual identity standards and offer new mobile options, starting May 10, 2024.
The following scheduled outages related to the system cutover on Friday, May 10:
- AMC Machines will be turned off and Cash-to-Flexi transactions or Visitor Cards will be unavailable on May 9;
- Flexi-Dollars and eligible S-Dollars will be unavailable on May 10;
- Access to eAccts will no longer be available after May 10;
- The CBO OneCard webpage will not be available starting May 10 until all appropriate links can be updated for the new system;
- Any temp cards picked up on May 9 will stop working as of 7 a.m. on May 10;
- New and Replacement OneCard production will be unavailable or limited on May 10.
Please note that door access will not be affected by the temporary OneCard outage.
