
Seven months after Workday launched at LMU, the university is migrating to sustained user-support initiatives for the platform. Recurring training sessions will be held on a variety of topics, as well as monthly spotlights on timely processes within Workday.
Spotlights will be published monthly in LMU This Week, with supporting tips, tricks, and resources on the LMU Workday website. Topics will include:
- Hiring Student Workers
- Year-end Financial Processes
- Accessing Tax Documents
- Open Enrollment and Benefits
- Reimbursements on Personal Credit Cards
- Time-Saving Tips and Smart Search.
The LMU Workday website has been reimagined to better support students, staff, and faculty as they transition from new to enduring users and are encouraged to check frequently for new content, monthly spotlights, upcoming workshop schedules, and more.
Additionally, continuing support resources can be found under the Workday Support (life buoy) icon on the platform dashboard, or by submitting a Workday Service Now ticket.
